One of San Diego’s top public affairs specialist, Nancy M. Chase is the Founder and Principal of The Chase Group (TCG) and Public Policy Partners (PPP), both full-service public affairs consulting firms. Chase has more than 25 years experience as a leader in San Diego’s business and political community.

Nancy Chase represents a wide variety of corporate clients throughout San Diego County and in Sacramento. They include, or have included, Herzog Contracting Corp., an international infrastructure contracting firm specializing in transit and landfill operations; Poseidon Resources Corporation, an international water development firm specializing in developing large scale infrastructure de-salination plants in the U.S. and Mexico; San Diego Area Credit Unions PAC representing all major area credit unions; Prudential Financial as they develop pension fund solutions to meet the area’s growing financial needs.; Beazer Homes, one of the Nation’s largest home builders. Gregory Canyon Landfill Ltd., a landfill development company on the verge of permitting the first new landfill in southern CA in 30 years; Parsons Corp., an international construction management firm recently awarded the contract for the redevelopment of San Diego’s Community Colleges; EDS, one of the largest information technology firms in the United States recently awarded San Diego County’s IT contract.; and Brookfield Homes, Inc., an award winning home developer; The Blackstone Group in their efforts to preserve the Golden Door; and numerous other clients who need to relay their story to government representatives, elected officials and stakeholder groups within communities.

In addition, Ms. Chase is a highly proficient Campaign and Fundraising Consultant, enabling the election of valued Congress members, State Assembly and State Senate members, San Diego District Attorneys, Mayors and council members. She has also participated in many successful ballot initiatives including Prop. MM in San Diego, approving the second largest school bond in the state, Prop. F in San Marcos approving University Commons, and most recently San Diego County’s Prop. B, heading-off a multi-million dollar campaign attempting to stop Gregory Canyon, a much-needed part of the area’s waste management plan. Chase’s fundraising expertise has also benefited many local and international non-profits some of which include, St. Augustine High School, The Grauer School of Encinitas, the Chula Vista Nature Conservancy, the San Diego Repertory Theater, and Opportunity International.

Chase actively volunteers on behalf of her community, and serves on several important boards of directors including the San Diego County Taxpayers Association. She enjoys skiing, cooking, and time with her three children.
